Office & Accounts Administrator
We are looking for an Office & Accounts Administrator to manage our firm’s general administration, as well as accounts payable and receivable. This role involves a great deal of multitasking, organising and planning.
Job Responsibilities include
- Managing day to day administration within the firm; including reception, managing appointments, organising case files, maintaining database and client files, as well as assisting lawyers with barrister brief and other clerical and administrative task according to the needs of the firm.
- Cash handling, mail, banking, reviewing and reconciling accounts and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts; identify and address discrepancies, including report on status of clients’ accounts to lawyers.
To be successful in this role, you should have an Accounting and Business Administration background, be familiar with bookkeeping and has a proven work experience as an account administrator or similar role. The ideal candidate will have great communication ability, be able to work under pressure and enjoy being part of a high performing team.
