We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Lawyer to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. Job Description
As a Commercial Lawyer at JK Lawyers, you will handle a variety of legal matters in business and commercial law. Your role will involve providing legal advice, managing commercial contracts and transactions, and representing clients in negotiations and legal proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver legal advice on various commercial law matters.
- Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts and transactions.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings and business negotiations.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and drafting.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and client service.
- Timely invoicing and achieving targets.
Requirements:
- Admitted to practice as an Australian legal practitioner in Victoria.
- Minimum of 2-3 years post-qualified experience (PQE) in a law firm, focusing on commercial law.
- Proficient in commercial law, including legal research and drafting.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a collaborative team player.
